Check-in / Check-out Polices
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Check-in: 15:00 hrs
Check-out: 11:00 hrs
Property and Cancellation Policies :
Cancellations will not be allowed for high season or bank holidays.
For low season the following policies will be applied:
A 100% fee will be applied to all cancellations done 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
In case of NO-SHOW the whole stay will be charge.
Confirmed reservations through a bank transfer or bank deposit will not be refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Excessive noise is not allowed after 23:00hrs.
The Hotel is a non smoking establishment , smoking is not allowed in the rooms and common areas.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in common areas.
Only 18 years old and above. The hotel has the right to charge an additional fee per kid, per night in case of not respecting this policy.
Payment and check-in Policy:
Full payment of the reservation is required at the moment of the check-in.
An official Id is required at the moment of the check-in.
Pets are not allowed (only in the restaurant)
The reservation will be confirmed when the guest has provided the Hotel with a:
a) A Credit card details, Visa or Mastercard.
b) A deposit or bank transfer to the Hotel's account for the total amount of the reservation.
All personal information will be exclusively used for Hotel purposes.
Modifications will not be accepted during high season, bank holidays or once the check-in has been done. The Hotel has the right to apply any modification fee, if necessary. The Hotel must be notified by email: firstname.lastname@example.org of any changes on the reservation. In case of extending the number of nights no modification fee will be applied and the extension will depend on the hotel's availability.
